Giving back
My grandfather was important in shaping my photography journey. He was a man who always lived in reflection of his values - integrity, accountability and a deep seated belief that giving back was a responsibility, not a nicety. He helped people move, carried mountains, built things, fixed bikes and he loved to do yard work. He was the gardener of our family. Every seed for the vegetable garden was tenderly fondled and he loved to see things grow. Only time will tell if I will ever be able to fill his shoes. To plant his roots, remember my grandfather, give back and keep hope alive, 40 % of all photography sales/proceeds will go to charity. Also, with every photoshoot an olive tree will be planted in Palestine where farmers risk losing their land. In this way you contribute to an important source of income for more than 70.000/80.000? Palestinian farmers.
